Our service starts from sourcing out candidates through training and certification arrangements up to bringing seafarer directly to the gangway of the vessel and payroll. During recent year’s we have successfully launched a full crew management service. We are fully licensed crewing agency holding national MLC certificate and LRQA ISO 9001:2015 certificate since 1996. Tailor-made approach according to business needs and service preferences is always our top priority. We observe that our clients, following market changes, are not just looking for just another source of the crew, but are mostly asking for a tailored solution as per their current crewing situation. Our full crew management solution can fulfil and satisfy this specialist niche market. We are observing that market is looking for Polish seafarer employed in Poland based on Polish payroll. We were able to prepare such solution and it was examined for Polish seafarers working on Belgium and other EU flagged vessels with A1 form issued in Poland or Cyprus in case of Cypriot flagged vessels. Highest standards in full scope of crewing services, including payroll and crew travel, have always been our priority which we proudly maintain to our clients full satisfaction We are also one of the leading marine fares provider in Poland.
