About Polarwall Limited
Polarwall is a unique and unusual Insulating Concrete Formwork (ICF), or Permanent Insulating Formwork (PIF), that gives design and build benefits to construction professionals. The non-modular build system allows complete design freedom for the architect to create without reference to dimensional repeats and it can be built to any shape, any angle, and with curves of any radius or even non-radius freehand curves. The builder can build the formwork exactly as designed, quickly and efficiently. With the fewest components of any insulated formwork, we keep all components in stock so we are able to supply on demand and keep any site well supplied. The company refuses to compromise on quality and consequently we do not use EPS insulation in the formwork, staying exclusively with the high strength, moisture resistant, thermally enhanced Extruded Polystyrene (XPS). This is a build system ideal for larger sites. It can be built into large panels and moved or lifted into position within the structure. Contractors enjoy our online training on demand for new operatives and we believe that we can teach anyone with basic carpentry skills and understanding of square, level and true to build our structures perfectly.
