About Polish Women's Network

Polish Women's Network is an organisation that will benefit Polish women in the UK through development workshops and networking activities. Our workshops will focus on equipping the participants with invaluable knowledge to further enhance their individual growth, thus infusing a greater degree of confidence and motivation in their personal and professional lives. The Polish Women’s Network community will have access to structured engagements that promote the awareness and development of skill sets/knowledge, that will include CV writing, Employment Law & HR awareness, use of social media for job search, basics of opening and running their own business, interview skills, contract negotiation, personal development as well as a range of technical and soft skills training. These activities will allow to develop networks of acquaintances and friendships, resulting in experience exchange, improved well-being, mutual support, employment opportunities and business contacts. By clear rules of confidentiality, respect and a non-judgemental attitude, Polish Women's Network wants to provide a safe space for expressing participants' needs, including those not traditionally associated with career or business. This will cater specifically to women's needs resulting from their social situations.
