We firmly believe that residents should always come first, and our journey began with this fundamental principle. In 2016, we recognized a glaring gap in the property management industry. When scouring the area for a manager to look after our own properties we noticed something was missing. Too often, residents were treated as mere occupants, and their needs and concerns were overlooked. The impersonal, transactional nature of property management was failing to create the thriving, vibrant communities that residents deserved. This realization fueled our determination to create a different kind of property management company—one that put residents at the heart of everything we do.
