About Polly's Pies
Polly’s, Inc. began in 1966 as a single Franchisee of one of the most well-known, iconic American brands, Kentucky Fried Chicken with the BEST fried chicken recipe of its time. Polly’s started with the first free-standing KFC in Southern, CA; located in Belmont Shore which was followed by a second location in Downey, and so started the realization of a great dream created by two brothers, Eddie and Donald Sheldrake. In 1968, after opening several KFC of Polly’s, the brothers were able to bring their Passion for PEOPLE and creative talents to Fullerton, CA, and establish their own special Brand known and loved by many today as Polly’s Pies. Whether Polly's Pies or KFC of Polly's store, our restaurants take pride in Delivering the Polly's Brand experience! At Polly's we serve up delicious, home-style comfort food and freshly baked pies.
