Established in Forlì in 1995, poltronesofà has now become the leading brand in Italy in the production and sale of sofas and armchairs, with a wide range of products handmade in Italy. Fabric sofas are produced in the Forli and Faenza districts, while leather sofas are produced in Apulia. Since the opening of the first shop in Parma 25 years ago, availability and capillarity have been the cornerstones of the service offered: the sales network has undergone continuous development and now counts more than 270 single-brand stores in Europe, of which 164 are in Italy, 91 in France, 1 in Malta, 2 in Cyprus, 8 in Switzerland and 13 in Belgium. The group has over 1,500 employees, and more than 3,500 sofas are produced every day. The training of the sales force is followed with specific courses taught in class and on the field, designed and created specifically to enhance the growth of each individual, through the dedicated department of the poltronesofà University. At poltronesofà, thanks to the University dedicated to the training and updating of the salespeople, it has been decided to constantly reinforce skills and promote product knowledge, with 30 qualified lecturers, 1 dean, and more than 650 hours of courses per year to make each professional profile more complete and continuously updated.
