Polymer Molding, Inc. (PMI) is a U.S. manufacturer of plastic protective caps, plugs and custom moldings. These types of products are usually disposable and are commonly used to protect threaded fittings, tubing and valves and in many other applications where contamination or shipping damage needs to be avoided. Although our standard line is produced in commodity (lead-free) grade resins, PMI also has substantial experience in producing components in high performance Thermoplastics such as ABS, Acetals, Acrylics and Polycarbonates are just a few of the materials we process. Should environmental conditions, thermal endurance, close tolerance, impact stability, corrosion resistance or conductivity be a requirement with your products, we may be able to help. PMI is an ISO 9001:2008 certified facility and is supported by a completely staffed tool-building, prototype and mold maintenance department.
