Our focus lies specifically on the surfboard manufacturing industry, while also extending our solutions to other sectors like sports and fashion industry. Our polyurethane formulation can be adapted to all types of industries and their needs. We are currently looking for partnerships to develop further applications. What we do: polyola eco foam Together with a diverse team of scientists, surfers and creative thinkers we have developed the first PU Blanks, based on recycled material and a wooden additive. With the whole life - cycle and performance in mind we reimagine surfing’s beloved PU blanks but in a more sustainable way. polyola eco resin In cooperation with great minds and our beloved community of shapers and surfers, we are in the midst of prototyping this new, bio-based and less impactful polyester resin to create the second of three building blocks for surfboard manufacturing. With rising tides and temperatures around the globe and an ocean that is on the threshold of containing more plastic than fish, we have no time to lose to make manufacturing more sustainable.
