Pomegranate Creative Therapies is a Community Interest Company based in Suffolk, dedicated to improving mental health and emotional wellbeing through the power of creativity. We deliver accessible, high-quality creative therapies—including music, drama, and art therapy—for children, young people, adults, and individuals with learning disabilities or mental health challenges. Our work is grounded in the belief that creative expression can be a powerful tool for healing, resilience, and connection. Whether working one-to-one or in groups, our HCPC-registered therapists create safe, supportive spaces where individuals can explore, express, and process their emotions. Beyond therapy, we are passionate about fostering community connection. Our wellbeing initiatives and creative events bring people together in inclusive, joyful environments—whether it’s a community choir, parent-child workshops, public arts projects, or seasonal wellbeing gatherings. These programmes are not clinical in nature, but still aim to promote emotional wellbeing, belonging, and shared purpose. We are committed to breaking down barriers to support. Many of our services are offered at low or no cost, and any surplus is reinvested into further community benefit. We partner with schools, hospices, local charities, and other grassroots organisations to ensure our work meets real needs in our region.
