Pon Partners is a boutique staffing firm, providing companies with experienced accounting and finance professionals. Working with integrity and confidentiality, quality placements are the result of excellent attention to detail and many years of experience and success finding a match that addresses both the technical aspects of the project need with the consultant’s background, and the cultural fit that is not obvious by looking at a resume or project description. We focus on accounting and finance professionals, most with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, many with CPA’s, MBA’s or CFA’s. Typical roles include controllers, accounting managers and FP&A professionals. Our contract business provides flexible “as needed” staffing during peak periods, short or long term, full time or part time. Examples include: Supporting general ledger, financial statements, complex reconciliations, month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, audit prep, budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, conversions and implementations, mess clean up and special projects. We serve a broad range of industries, including real estate, high tech, private equity, retail, winery, family office, non-profit, venture capital and professional services.
