John Poole founded the firm in 2005 with over 20 years of experience in the planning and design of projects, including healthcare facilities, corporate offices, government buildings, laboratory research facilities, and public and private institution. Successful projects, which achieve the desired results for owners and users, are the result of strong client relationships. These relationships are fostered by clear communication throughout the design and construction process. We begin by listening to clearly understand the client’s needs, and then apply our creativity to form design solutions to meet those needs. Achieving quality within budget and schedule is part of the creative process. Clear, timely communication and a strong working relationship with the contractor are also critical elements of a successful project. Our staff has earned the respect of the building industry for construction knowledge, problem-solving and responsiveness during the construction phase. Experience has no substitute.
