Poppy Realty is a local, boutique real estate brokerage, comprised of highly motivated, creative and successful Realtors® that focus on working together to create the best possible experience for our clients. We live, play and work in the same communities that our clients live, play and work. Poppy Realty agents have been working in the East Bay for many decades. This experience gives us the unique ability of not only knowing the different aspects of the varying communities but we have connections with many of the other top producing local agents. When it comes down to putting a property in escrow, those relationships are the ultimate advantage. Shawna Jorat started Poppy Realty with a desire to make the entire real estate process different. From the way clients are treated, to the way agents do business. There is a misconception that agents are in competition for clients. The truth is, every sale is (most likely) completed with a "competing" brokerage. We want to remove the thought of competition from the equation and replace it with collaboration. Real estate is about people, it is built on relationships. Agents work together to bring buyers and sellers together, resolve problems, and negotiate terms to create the most equitable solution for their clients. We couldn't do this coming from the competitive space.
