Porter Capital Corporation was founded in 1991 with the purpose of providing working capital solutions for a variety of businesses, including businesses in the transportation industry. In 2011, Porter Capital acquired an experienced transportation factoring operation and formed Porter Freight Funding, formerly Porter Billing Services. This newly formed branch specializes in funding solutions for the trucking industry through capital freight factoring. Porter Freight Funding is an invoice factoring company that serves small and mid-sized trucking companies throughout the United States. We provide a flexible, entrepreneurial approach to the working capital that our clients truly need. Porter Freight Funding provides account receivable factoring services through 24-hour pay on all freight invoices they submit, access to a large dispatching network with pre-approved brokers and shippers, and free fuel cards with fuel advances and discounts across the country for truck drivers. Additionally, Porter Freight has access to insurance, compliance, and trucking equipment partners to better support our trucking industry clients! We are headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama with an operations office in Hartselle. Porter Freight's staff is the most valuable asset around, with over 100 years of combined experience in freight bill factoring operations and the transportation industry.
