My name is Sheree Porter and I’m “Porter Property Management!” I was born and bred in Auckland and am a 100% locally owned and operated independent Property Management Company covering the North Shore and Central Auckland area. After 8+ years working for two of NZ’s largest Real Estate brands I decided to go alone. I hear you ask why? Well a Real Estate Agency's main objective is to list and sell houses and that was certainly not my core focus at all. I’m passionate about Property Management, that’s all I do 100%, so why work for a Real Estate Agency where Property Management tends to be treated like the “second cousin”. Some companies have Property Managers looking after 180+ properties, with one person that deals with the letting, another managing the property, another in accounts….I think you get the picture! I’m hands-on and have complete autonomy and responsibility when managing your property – from letting, vetting, inspections, collecting rent, maintenance, accounts and problem solving. I have my fingers on the pulse of your investment and know at any time what is happening with your property…..I’m just a call away, and yes I answer my phone. ☺ My processes, leading edge systems, and property management software are second to none and I have been successful in building a professional business managing owners properties wherever they are based in the world. We are not all clones, when it comes to property investment we all have different objectives and priorities, and I like to think that I listen to yours and customise my property management services accordingly.
