Portergate Property Management (PPM) is a boutique student accommodation management company, with an enviable track record for creating luxury accommodation and providing a first class service with ‘hands on’ management. Our goal is to give our students the best living experience we possibly can. Our waterfront accommodation is always very popular with discerning students and their parents, who are advised to make booking enquiries as far in advance as possible to secure a luxury en suite room. A second luxury residential property is currently under construction in Preston, Lancashire, home to the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), one of the Top 10 universities in the UK ranked by student numbers. 260 en-suite student bedrooms, plus 1, 2 and 3 bed units for post graduates and apprentices, working in Central Lancashire’s high-tech manufacturing sector and new Lancashire Enterprise Zones, are scheduled to open in time for the September 2016 student intake.
