About Portfolio Risk Solutions

Portfolio Risk Solutions (PRS) was formed in 2023 by industry veterans to assist commercial real estate lenders with monitoring risk and managing liquidity. PRS provides a comprehensive portfolio evaluation to measure asset quality. The evaluation is designed to help lenders detect early signs of underperforming real estate loans and areas of vulnerability. As troubled assets are identified, PRS performs case-by-case analysis to determine appropriate solutions. In addition to portfolio evaluation, PRS services include: managing troubled loans on behalf of lenders; developing and implementing strategies directly with borrowers; serving in a court appointed capacity; property management of both loan assets and REO; and disposition of commercial real estate properties and/or notes. The founders of PRS have decades of experience in: · Real estate acquisition · Construction · Banking/financing · Turnaround · Asset/property management · Marketing · Court-appointed activities PRS leaders have held senior management positions at some of the most prominent companies in the nation including at the developer/borrower level, as well as the lender level. They have also provided high-level consulting to real estate investors in all major sectors of the market. PRS holds experience across the real estate spectrum, including raw/vacant land, entitlements, for-sale housing, multifamily, commercial, mixed use, industrial, office, hospitality, retail, and gas station/C-store.
