Job Management: We use a job management software called Geeop http://geoop.com/ which keeps us extremely organised. The engineer logs into an app from their phone and it displays all their jobs. They update each job when complete, with photos and notes so we can invoice or send quote straight away without having to call and slow them down. This information will stay in the cloud, so if you call us 3 months down the line because a landlord is questioning why we changed a light, we can show them the photo of the old and new one. How to Book A Job: The property manager will simply just emails us a new works order We make contact straight away with the tenant to arrange access PM will get a job notification email sent to them to show the job has been booked and the engineer attending. Most jobs are completed within the 1-hour call out - The vehicles are kept stocked with basic materials to avoid any revisits or additional time going to wholesalers where possible. We will call from the site if more time is required and we can fix there and then to keep costs down however where parts need to be ordered a quote will be sent. All invoices are sent within 24 hours of us attending site and include a detailed reports
