Our Mission: At Positive Living our goal is to help remove the obstacles in your mind that are keeping you from reaching your personal life goals. We recognize that it is not a lack of desire keeping a person from achieving a successful, healthy life but rather, the inability to know where to start and the guidance to get there. Overview of Services: Counseling Services: For Individuals who are experiencing mental health/substance abuse symptoms to a degree that is creating difficulty in managing day-to-day life. Services are billed to insurance or private pay, the length of treatment is typically 6 months to 1 yr+, and sessions are held in 45-50 min periods of time, either as individual, couple, or family. Life Coaching Services: For Individuals who do not present with symptoms related to mental health/substance use disorders but are currently experiencing challenges that interfere with achieving a successful, healthy life. The goal is to help remove the obstacles in your mind that are keeping you from reaching your personal life goals. Length of Coaching services are typically 2-6 months: sessions include individual (30 mins in length, 2-3x a month); intermittent phone calls (10-15mins in length (geared at a specific resolution of immediate challenge), or groups sessions (60 min sessions, 2-3x a month, with no more than 5 participants)
