About Positive Menopause

Positive Menopause was initially created to support women on a day to day basis by way of a community group. This has grown dramatically over the past few years and it has now become vital that support is also given within the workplace. We aim to do just that by working alongside these women, their line managers and HR to ensure that the transitional season is as joyful and fulfilling as possible. One of the fastest-growing demographics within the workplace is women over the age of 50. They are a vital to any profitable company therefore it is imperative that companies take the wellbeing of women who are in the menopause seriously. We aim to guide you by way of training and implementing procedures that do just that. Having had over 30 years of experience within the Construction Industry, I know first hand how difficult it can be for women in the workplace.
