Positive Options (previously known as Lakeshore Pregnancy Center) is loving people to life before, during, and after a pregnancy decision. Our vision is to build a vibrant community where every life is valued, loved, protected, and transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. We have been offering quality pregnancy and support services since 1991. We are committed to providing clients with accurate and complete information about all their pregnancy options: carrying the child and parenting, carrying the child and adoption, and abortion (the procedures and risks). Positive Options does not recommend, provide, or refer for abortion. Positive Options is committed to integrity when serving clients, earning their trust, and providing promised information and services. Positive Options denounces any form of deception in its corporate advertising or individual conversations with clients. Positive Options is committed to assisting women and their partners in carrying to term by providing emotional support and practical assistance. Through the provision of God's people and the community at large, women and men may face the future with hope and plan constructively for themselves and their children. Positive Options supports men both during pregnancy and parenting. Men are encouraged, educated, and inspired to take their God-designed roles. They are supported through their concerns and challenged to be a godly example for their child and protector of the woman in their lives. Positive Options is committed to reaching into area schools and churches with the goal of helping students (young people) make healthy and godly relationship choices early, heal from poor choices of the past, and make plans for the future. We also provide education and support for parents raising children in a very sexual world, youth leaders, and other youth organizations with training and resources.
