About Positive People of the Western Reserve
Positive People of the Western Reserve is a team of caring individuals that aim to unite other caring and positive people from all backgrounds to create and support positive change within our local and global community. Our goal is to build bridges between people, cultures, ideas, activities and organizations. We bring all these elements together to support powerful and promising innovations in the fields of education and social service. The mission of Positive People of the Western Reserve is to put compassion into action by facilitating opportunities for people of different backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences, to work together in service, to relieve suffering of others, strengthen social relationships, maintain healthy and compassionate communities, and spread positivity. Positive People of the Western Reserve specializes in social capital and experiences that catalyze learning, personal growth, peace and collaborative service. Our plan is to unite you with other positive people through networking at our bi-monthly luncheons. The luncheons are scheduled for the second Thursday of March, May, July, September and November. Networking begins at 11:30AM, and dining at noon. The cost is $15.00 per person. Reservations are required, and can be made through the contact page on our web site. In addition to a retreat like event, Positive People of the Western Reserve will recognize and award an individual from the community who has impacted people positively.
