In the early years the business grew substantially by helping dealers in the Northern Ontario Corridor. As time went on, the business continued to grow to all corners of the province and in 2009 our first commercial building was purchased on McIntyre Street in North Bay. By late 2017, the office staff had grown to the point of filling the building, and the building next door was purchased to facilitate the expansion. Today we employ 13 full-time staff with the addition of summer students and assistants throughout the busier months of the year. Our company has experienced positive growth in each of its 22 years to the extent that we now process over 3500 loans each year securing over $65 million dollars annually in customer financing needs.
