Hello and welcome to PostureFit! Our passion is ensuring that everyone can correct their posture through the use of the PostureFit Bar. Our custom fitness bar allows those with Forward Head Posture (aka shoulder slouch, we all have it!) to improve and correct their neck and spine alignment with our customized workout videos. Not only will you correct your posture, you will also improve your core strength, balance and overall flexibility. All of these improvements allow you to live a more fulfilling life and feel more confident in yourself. What separates our weighted bar from others is the patented neck support, which sets your neck at the precise angle to align your spine into proper position, which in turn causes the core muscles to engage. This sets your body on the path to becoming stronger and healthier. PostureFit was created by Dr. Elizabeth Welch, a Chiropractor for over two decades. She began to notice a disturbing trend of increasingly poor posture in her patients, leading to detrimental health conditions such as Forward Head Posture, osteoporosis, and osteoarthritis. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, her passion for a healthy lifestyle coupled with her desire to give everyone the means to correct their poor posture led her to develop the PostureFit Bar and PostureFit method of exercise.
