No, it's about a heavy bias for STEAM (Sciences Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics) and self directed learning - Intrinsic Motivation. Our first iteration is to have 5 x 10,000 girl-only residential academies for 11-18-year-olds. https://potency.world/academies/ These women will be brave and will have developed an attitude to innovation that liberates the imaginations of half the population. This will start in 5 regions and will replace secondary school education with skill sets beyond the glacial pace of movement in the current paradigm. Investors will have the first opportunity to employ our graduates for their companies. This will only be on a fast-track program into mid, senior and C-Suite management roles. In this way, growth of an unimaginable scale will be achieved, for example, mixed teams produce 41% more revenue or other target-based performance. Investing companies will set out target meeting parameters and then any revenue over these targets will be subject to a 5% levy to fund the growth of the Potency vision until we are in EVERY country.
