Founded in 2017 by mother-daughter duo Ali and Emily Warburton, Pow Food grew from a shared vision: to bring together over 20 years of catering expertise with the latest nutritional science. What began as high-end event catering for clients focused on health and performance has evolved into London’s first female founded B Corp-certified catering company, a pioneer in workplace wellbeing through food. Today, we deliver daily workplace catering, transformative nutrition-led buffets, and stand-out events for forward-thinking businesses. From team lunches that boost energy and focus, to conferences and launches designed to inspire, our food performs as well as it tastes. Every menu is crafted with purpose, from brain-fuelling breakfasts to balanced, flavour-packed lunches and plant-forward buffets designed to spark conversation around sustainability. Sustainability is woven into everything we do. We partner only with carefully vetted ethical suppliers, prioritise organic and seasonal produce, and continually push ourselves towards zero-waste solutions. Since 2020, our carbon-conscious approach has saved over 25 tonnes of CO₂, while our partnership with City Harvest has provided over 285,000 surplus meals to people in need.
