Being the DMN Westinghouse approved service and repair provider we keep up to date with any change in legislation within the powder handling industry and we can repair ATEX/APS valves back to original standards and certification is provided by DMN Westinghouse Powder & Material Handling Services (PAMHS) can assess and repair any make of rotary valve and diverter valve back to its nearest original condition, specification and clearances which increases its working life and reliability on plant, making this a more cost effective and sometimes quicker option than purchasing a replacement. A full report is issued following the strip down of your rotary valve or diverter valve and an itemised quote is issued to our customers before any work commences. If unfortunately your rotary or diverter valve is beyond economical repair we can offer a quote for the replacement of your asset and this could also include if required site installation using our service technicians. What We Offer Powder & Material Handling Services (PAMHS) engineers provide onsite servicing as well as service and repair of rotary valves within our workshop environment, this is sometimes the better option than full rotary valve removal which leaves a hole within your production process equipment. Servicing your rotary valve onsite insitu’ is possible but a preferred option is to work on your rotary valve within your workshop environment. A service exchange valve can be offered if required
