About Power Brewing Project
Power Brewing Project is the outcome of a personal passion for brewing great beer combined with a desire to achieve something unique through self employment. Similar to engineering, and as many brewers already know, brewing beer is a detailed oriented task with endless knobs to dial in for customization. Taking everything I've learned in the engineering world plus the experience of homebrewing for the past 8 years, I'm diving into the exciting challenge of opening Power Brewing Project this summer in Hutto, TX. With Hutto's population growth of approximately 50% in just the last 5 years alone and with no end in sight to the growth and influx of businesses both large and small, Power Brewing Project aims to capitalize in a suburban market that has a bright future ahead of it.
