With over 100 years of substation design experience, our staff is proficient in serving the substation design needs of electric cooperatives, IOU, municipal utilities, and industrial clients. Our core business includes physical and P&C controls design of distribution substations, for electric cooperatives, dedicated substations for industrial customers, and transmission switching stations for investor-owned utilities. We are experienced with substation switching schemes and equipment ranging from 4.16 through 245kV, with capacity through 4000 Amps. Founded in January, 1999 and building on their personal reputations for providing quality consulting services at fair prices, the founders rapidly assembled a client base. Power Consulting Engineers exists for the purpose of providing quality consulting and design services to electric utilities and industrial customers.
