We are not affiliated with any specific technology company, and work with you to analyze your event to determine and smoothly implement the technology products that will be best for for your unique event. We uniquely specialize in managing event technology such as virtual and hybrid events, mobile event apps, attendee engagement solutions, and registration builds and management. From an event planner perspective and background, we are dedicated to a high quality technology experience for both the planner and the attendee. With so much planning and detail that goes into creating amazing events, we understand that many planners just don't have the time or staff needed to stay up to date on the newest event technology, or have the time to make their current technology run the way it was advertised. Power Event Group ensures this experience is smooth, seamless, and memorable for the attendee, as well as financially responsible and enjoyable for the client. Our services are extremely flexible. Whether it be suggesting the best technology for a specific event or managing the entire event technology process, complete with a pre, post, and on-site support team, we are agile enough to meet the specific needs of each individual planner and/or event. We also often partner with planning companies to provide them a white labeled solution for their own event technology needs, becoming their personal in-house technology department. As part of their team, we are able to immediately provide them the behind-the-scenes technology support needed to supplement their current staff.
