About Powerhouse Pilates

Powerhouse Pilates is a beautiful Pilates studio located in the heart of Lynn Valley; an extremely central North Vancouver location. We offer private and semi-private Pilates classes that are innovatively tailored to your body, goals, and time. The studio is equipped with state of the art Stott Pilates equipment, including a reformer, stability chair, spring trainer, and elliptical trainer. Jody Brouwers, the owner of Powerhouse Pilates, is a certified Pilates teacher with Stott Pilates. She has also completed her yoga teacher training under Yoga Alliance, and has 15 years of experience training under the Royal Academy of Dance. Group Pilates classes are also available at Storm Fitness. Powerhouse Pilates is not an ordinary Pilates experience. The studio is serene, clean, and calm, with a distinct Zen style. Amenities include a post workout hot tub, piping hot outdoor shower, and/or a healing herbal tea. Powerhouse Pilates is dedicated to the authentic teachings of Joseph Pilates. We are also dedicated to creating a healing experience that will allow you to reach all of your fitness, nutritional, and wellness goals.
