THE NEED FOR POWERHOUSE WORKSHOPS: Through our POWERHOUSE Workshops, we are empowering Corporate America, Law Enforcement Officials, our Youth, and the Public at large, with proven evidence-based methodology skills to solve conflicts without resorting to violence (Conflict Reconciliation), and develop healthy socio-emotional skills of understanding, empathy, compassion, tolerance, and respect among all. Taking into consideration of the current proliferation of crimes throughout our local, national, and international spheres, the time is NOW to address the aforementioned, or we will cease to exist as a society. Unfortunately, we do not feel safe anymore no matter where we are. You never know if someone might be pulling a gun on you over an argument, conflict, or just because they are ANGRY! With so many societal variables affecting mental health during this time, we believe that through behavior modification, utilizing key strategic methods and techniques to control the emotion of anger and solving conflicts through peaceful means, our Corporate World, Law Enforcement entities, our Children, Youth, Older Adults, and the public at large, will enjoy healthy mindsets, and thus, our multicultural communities will be safer.
