Powerful Media is a high-end boutique talent introductory agency, which houses three subsidiary arms, Powerful Publications; Powerful Personnel; and Powerful Events. The company aims to showcase largely unheralded diverse groups such as women, ethnic minorities and individuals with a disability or an impairment, via profiling them in our magazines, celebrating their achievements at upscale events and introducing them to exciting career opportunities. Our magazines, which include the Powerlist, Future Leaders and Power 100 are sent out free to schools, sixth form colleges and universities across the UK to inspire young people. Another side of our business is partnering with corporate companies, who want to tap into our talent, our networks and our audiences. Past and presents sponsors, advertisers and partners have included Deloitte,HSBC, Barclays, Thomas Reuters, KPMG, Google, McKinsey & Company, Pearson Plc, Rolls Royce, RAF, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Microsoft, University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, and LSE to name a few. We have also garnered support from the Prime Minister, both Gordon Brown (while in power) and David Cameron, and the mayor of London, Boris Johnson, who have all written keynote speeches at one or more of our previous launches, and contributed forewords to our publications. Since 2008, two Powerlist launches have taken place at 10 Downing Street.
