About PPIA Macquarie University
Founded by the increasing number of Indonesian Students of Macquarie University, PPIA Macquarie was established as a community that overlooks and bridges between Indonesian students in Macquarie who shares the pride of Indonesia and nurturing each Indonesian student in Macquarie where the organisation itself has grown in numbers as we have reached 356 active members who are currently studying at Macquarie University, and up to 3500 students who are residing in New South Wales state. PPIA general vision is to emphasise the benefit of organisation in wide terms in hopes to be a respectful organisation in the international level. As a non-profit organisation, we have several visions: 1. To connects with students and provide them with numerous useful informations and stability in adapting in a new environment 2. Channeling ideas and creativities of Indonesian students in NSW in academic, sports and arts. 3. Introducing and promoting Indonesian culture and heritage in Australia.
