About PPMI Construction Company
PPMI Construction Company was incorporated in the State of Indiana on July, 29, 1986 as Precision Piping and Mechanical, Inc., a union pipetrades and mechanical contractor. PPMI has since expanded its capabilities in order to perform a full array of Mechanical, Electrical, and General Construction services for its automotive, industrial, utility, and institutional customers. PPMI has local and national agreements with over 60 skilled trade unions including: Pipefitters, Plumbers, Electricians, Boilermakers, Millwrights, Ironworkers, Laborers, Operators, Brick Masons, Sheet Metal Workers, Cement Finishers, and Carpenters. PPMI self performs the vast majority of its work. PPMI has three regional offices located in Evansville, IN, Louisville, KY, and Nashville, TN. Each location is fully supported by Project Managers, Estimators, Construction Managers, fabrication facilities, and administrative support. These offices serve a geographical radius of 150 miles each encompassing Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia. Our corporate office is located in Evansville, Indiana. The majority of PPMI's business opportunities are the result of repeat business or direct contact. Safety is the top priority within PPMI and we currently carry an industry leading Experience Modification Ratio (EMR) of 0.62.
