About PPP Canada

PPP Canada is the government of Canada’s centre of expertise on Public-Private Partnerships (P3s). A federal Crown corporation, PPP Canada is mandated to improve the delivery of public infrastructure by achieving better value, timeliness and accountability to taxpayers through P3s. The Corporation was created to deliver more P3s by leveraging incentives, demonstrating success, providing expertise, and promoting Best Practices and capacity-building. Increasing the visibility of P3s as a procurement solution for governments is one of the major accomplishments of PPP Canada.
