Founded by Heather Newhan and supported by other non-weight loss industry partners in 2015, Practically Slim is a fresh approach to weight loss and weight management. With a focus on flexibility and agility, Practically Slim is able to offer a unique approach to weight loss and weight management. Obesity is a major problem in the UK. As a result, more and more research is underway and so everyday further insight and evidence is being produced which impacts on the traditional methods to promote weight loss, such as low-fat diets, behavioural weight loss intervention, nutritional counselling, or self-help materials. Practically Slim operates in this environment, remaining flexible enough with our offering so as to respond and adapt to changes and ensuring to always remain ahead of the competition. We believe that clients need to be able to choose an eating plan that works for their own eating personality. We believe that by choosing the right diet plan, we are able to support them for long term success. We believe that maintaining weight loss, offers more than how it is lost in the first place.
