We start with a review of best practices in online collaboration and introduction to generative AI tools here. b) Post Collaboration Tech Enablement - semi-structured supportive call to ensure effective technology use. c) Generative AI Workshop - brief review of key concepts (e.g., what is generative AI, prompt engineering, etc.) with most of the time focused on demonstrating how organizational tasks shared in surveys could be enhanced with AI. d) High-Impact Business Use Case Discussion - Spring boarding from knowledge gained, further discussion with leadership regarding highest impact applications of generative AI specific to their business. 3) Data Driven Recommendations and Resources - this is where we evaluate and reassess online collaboration and applications of AI in a report, including additional recommendations and demonstration videos.
