About Pratt Hospitality Group
Headed by husband and wife team, Simon and Emily Pratt, the pair have over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Pratt Hospitality Group operates out of Richmond, Victoria. Pratt Hospitality Group first began in 2007, with the opening of Katuk. Katuk was the pairs first venue. With a back bar of over 350 spirits, Katuk prides itself on its whisky collection, extensive spirit knowledge, and atmosphere. In 2009, the team opened their second venue in Richmond – Maeve Fox. Maeve Fox included the added advantage of an exclusive function space. Since then, the venue has hosted a wide variety of groups from Channel 10, to the AFL players association, and has helped thousands of clients celebrate their milestones. In 2019, Pratt Hospitality Group welcomed its newest venue; The Blacksmith. The Blacksmith caters to a wide variety of patrons because of the prime location for sporting events and live music. The team hope that the venue will bring a new offering to the Swan Street precinct, and elevate the precinct as a whole.
