Pre-Fill Services, is an Atlanta-based software company that builds electronic “bridges” to reduce data entry. Designed by 40 year insurance veteran of retail agency, MGA and carrier. Focused exclusively on the surplus lines industry, we’ve saved billions of keystrokes by data entry people since 2002. Our products are now in nearly 500 MGA offices in all 50 states. We have 20+ products for MGAs including our flagship EZ Rater product which is a comparative rater & underwriting dashboard for GL and Property. Described as ”Kayak” for insurance, EZ Rater gives you premium indications from all your carriers in 8 seconds after entering only 3 data elements. Also produces a proposal in 4 minutes and shows underwriting notes from carriers. It links with 40+ carriers. Its sister product allows your retailers to get quotes from your webpage in mobile, tablet or desktop formats. In 2015, we introduce 4 new products to solve your policy issuance challenges including: • Pre-Fill Data Collector which merges data from 8 different sources • Pre-Fill Publishing Engine which creates the policy as pdf • EZ Forms which gives underwriters Required Forms for all carriers. • Policy Exporter which “bridges” to carriers that use Documaker Desktop or to carrier portals such as PennAmerica, Atlantic Casualty, Nautilus and Western World. Our Quote / Bind / Issue product for Personal Lines (“EZ PL”) features retailer access, automatic quote letters, policy issuance and self-administered changes to rates and rules. Finally, our PDFReader has been used since 2003. It extracts data from ACORD apps and spreadsheets, cleans it up with over 11,000 data quality repairs and inserts it where you want including your management system. This year we’ll extract from scanned, faxed or hand-written apps.
