About Precept Financial Services
Precept Financial Services had its beginnings in 1986 when David Shaw and Norm Knell formed Shaw Knell Financial Group (SKFG). On 1st December 2009, David Shaw with staff from SKFG decided to form Precept. Our main Precept office is in Osborne Park, but we also have an office in Esperance. Over time we have grown steadily in size, now having 15 advisers and 18 support staff across our offices.
