In the last three years we have delivered some incredible projects including: - Commercial Bay, a truly mixed-use precinct of office, retail, eateries, bars and restaurants and luxury 5-star Intercontinental Hotel on Auckland city centre’s waterfront. - Stage Two of the Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct delivering two buildings at 10 Madden Street as well as a public plaza. - Bowen Campus in Wellington’s Parliamentary precinct, comprising four low-rise, campus-style buildings providing office space for 5,000 workers across public and private sectors.
