Full-Service Thermal Spray Coating Services including: + Plasma Spray + HVOF + Arc Spray + Flame Spray Coatings of pure metals , metal alloys, ceramics, carbides, and specialty alloys to enhance wear or corrosion properties of machine components. We provide engineering component design support, machining (fabrication) of basic part , coating, and final grinding components (if required), robotic high volume production, supply chain management and inventory control for OEM production. Common applications include bearing and seal surfaces for equipment in a variety of industries: engines, motors, turbocharges, EGR assemblies, pumps, glass coating, food processing and beverage equipment and gasoline/chemical storage to name a few. The coatings can also provide gripping/traction surfaces for printing or feeding applications. We also apply PTFE/non-stick/ low friction liquid coatings. Applications include: commercial bakery equipment, packaging and handling equipment, heat seal applications and many others. ISO 9001-2015 certified quality system.
