About Precision Commercial Architects
Known as Philip Carnes and Associates prior to June 2011, PCA has logged over 2,600 projects and has been retained by developers, contractors, manufacturers, school boards, churches, and individuals for a variety of services. In addition to general architectural services we provide consulting services in several capacities including site planning, interior space planning, handicap accessibility modifications for ADA and the Georgia Handicap Law, project bidding, and contract administration. Our projects have ranged from small, simple buildings to larger and more complicated manufacturing and industrial facilities. The majority of our projects tend to be a mix of retail, office and other commercial types of buildings. If your project does not fall into one of those categories, our design team has a wide range of experiences to draw from for whatever project type you may have. We utilize AutoCAD in our offices to produce all of our design, construction, and bid documents, and have the ability to produce hand or computer renderings upon request. Successful new buildings, renovations to existing structures, and workable site plan designs are all the result of solving spatial problems in an aesthetically pleasing, functional, and cost effective way.
