We work as part of your Executive team to define the technology strategy short and long-term and seek endorsement of our strategic roadmap. We turn our roadmap into reality via our highly skilled and experienced Professional Services team, managing the successful delivery of our our vCIO vision. Projects vary in size and length, we have the capacity to deliver in any circumstance. After our roadmap is successfully implemented, we transition into a business-as-usual model via our Managed Services division who take over the support, maintenance and management of the IT systems through the life-cycle. Our Technology Alignment and Account Management teams work closely with clients to ensure that ongoing changes of business requirements and expectations are accounted for and any technology advancements are continually presented through to our clients. This information feeds back into our vCIO team who start the cycle again. Overall Precision IT employs a continuous improvement methodology to our services to ensure we are always up to the challenge set by our clients' requirements and expectations.
