About Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness
If you’ve tried therapy, classes, or training that resulted in pain or produced minimal results, you know that not all movement is created equal. Precision’s philosophy is based on natural human development and the most advanced scientific research on efficient body motion available. Dr. James Vegher and Dr. Chris Christensen founded Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness after spending years in traditional rehab facilities. Both therapists struggled to reconcile methods they had seen significantly improve the speed of recovery in their patients with traditional physical therapy techniques. By evaluating each patient’s needs and unique body, James and Chris experienced a high rate of success and were able to create a teaching and learning environment for other therapists and patients. When faced with a large number of patients returning to therapy after attempting to exercise and injuring themselves, Precision’s co-owners developed fitness classes that solidify and put into practice the movement principles that keep our clients moving well, without pain, for life.
