C.E.O - Joel C. Mead P.P.S company founder, Mr. Mead, has over twenty-five years’ experience in the private security industry beginning at a leading national security company. He quickly moved up the ranks and became the operational manager of the company. During this time, he specialized in Site Security, Patrol, Event Management and Coordination, along with Alarm and CCTV monitoring. During the duration of Mr. Mead’s service with the establishment, he became responsible for the startup of the extended branches across the nation. He was entrusted with implementing and instructing training procedures, emergency evacuation, first response, managing special events, event logistics, loss prevention and consulting. Additionally, Mr. Mead has been certified by the Department of Defense in the fundamentals of Use of Force and anti-terrorism training. He also had the privilege to manage security for state and local government agencies where; he was instrumental in establishing liaisons between local law enforcement, for event coordination, and gathering intelligence pertaining to the occasion. Moreover, Mr. Mead was accountable for the general operations of security in all aspects of public, corporate and special events at the facilities. Alongside these responsibilities, he has owned and operated RMC Logistics for the last fifteen years. RMC Logistics specializes in the rental of equipment, such as barricades, crowd and parking control, canine patrol, access control for the perimeter and auditorium for sporting, entertainment, or corporate events. In the twenty-five plus years of national experience, Mr. Mead has experience and observed first-hand the importance of professionalism, image, and procedural follow through. It is his goal and business objective to re-establish these rules and regulations through his clientele.
