Precision Property Maintenance has been locally owned and operated since 1992, with ownership involved in every facet of daily operations. We are a full service professional grounds keeping company providing a number of services such as but not limited to mowing, fertilizing, and snowplowing. All service programs are tailored to fit each property and customer need. We are professional and dependable. We offer a full compliment of services to help you reduce vendors and improve efficiency while managing your property. Our equipment is routinely maintained and updated to minimize potential downtime and inconvenience to our customers. Blades are sharpened every day. Our trucks are professionally decal ed for identification and our staff is professionally uniformed with company logos and name tags for proper representation of your company while on your property. We are fully insured, including providing workers’ compensation insurance and unemployment insurance for all employees. We do not use uninsured 1099 employees. All workers are employed by Precision Property Maintenance and are fully protected. The additional coverage is very important to our customers. Limiting customer liability exposure and keeping quality, trained employees returning every season is very valuable to both the employee and the client. We have been in charge of some large properties that you might be familiar with here in the Kalamazoo area such as The Fountains at Bronson Place, West Michigan Woods Apartments, The Crossroads Mall, The Preserve, FedEx, Mueller Plastics, and Portage Plaza. Additional properties you may familiar with would be Lakeview Square Mall, Brookside Apartments, Teal Run Apartments and 9 schools in Battle Creek.
