Must have an excellent, experienced management team on-board or committed to jump in when funding is available. ALL documents pertaining to the deal are essential. We will not review redacted or otherwise hidden information that hinders due diligence. Be prepared to open the Kimono and have every element scrutinized: Our private lenders are no fools, and if there is no transparency at the start of a relationship, we do not have time or interest in poking under the rocks for data!
