Preferred Homes LLC is a privately owned and operated residential real estate investing company. The primary focus is residential real estate in Northwest Indiana. We buy distressed properties, do a complete remodel, custom design, and sell them for a profit. We also have a rental portfolio for some cash flow and passive revenue streams but our primary focus for now is on selling our inventory.
