About Preferred Process Servers

Joe Staropoli started serving processes shortly after graduating from high school. A family friend was a process server who was looking for summertime help. What started as a part time endeavor flourished into a full time career. Joe Staropoli continued to work for that same company over the next several years learning the business in depth. After working there for five years he branched out on his own. He began with two clients and with hard work and dedication was able to build the business steadily over the next twenty years. To date he has been serving processes for over thirty years. Dan Crespo started the serving process shortly after graduating college. Dan along with a partner owned and operated a highly successful process serving agency for many years. They started out in a small office space which they quickly outgrew. They immediately moved their operation into a larger space to accommodate their increasing business. Joe Staropoli and Dan Crespo met more than twenty years ago and formed a strong friendship and business relationship. Merging their business together came very natural and together they took their agency to Whitestone, Queens where they began a mission to provide the highest quality services to their clients.
